Two Handed Medieval Longsword Model #7

I never imagined getting such a quality piece for the price. Hefty but not overbuilt like Cold Steel, way better made than windlass or hanwei. Balance point is 3.6 inches from the cross guard. The blade is fantastically polished and even, but clearly forged as advertised. Perfect distal taper. The hand grip is made from a nice tough leather, I expect it to hold up well to proper use. Everything is tight. The scabbard has no rattle, and fits snugly enough to hold upside down and shake without dropping the sword, yet draws easily. The belt is useless, but it's not expected for a sword to come with a belt. The secondary bevel is practically nonexistent. Nearly appleseed geometry. My one suggestion for the manufacturer is to square off the peen and leave it sticking out instead of filing it right into the pommel, for added strength. All in all the most pleasing and functional sword I have owned. I've swung blades 5x the price and like this piece even better.

There's little to no secondary bevel and it came fairly sharp. Im not sure about the belt though. it's a good free-bee though. the scabbard is well made with a tight fit. everything is nice and tight. It's a peened pommel. overall good purchase.

The sword is well built, great in the hands, and it is a great edition to my collection. (Note for the sword I reserved have fix the slightly offset pommel from older models)

Feels well made. Really good for the price.
