Chef's Utility Knife - KASAI Series - Japanese AUS-10V - Vacuum Treated - 5.5"

I love the size. It is the ideal go to chef knife for me. I have several very high quality butcher or chef knives but I couldn't find one that felt just right in my hand. Well, I have now. It's perfectly balanced and has nice heft for it's size. The price was also a nice selling point.

I bought the chef's knife for my husband as he loves to cook. He said it's the best knife for cutting meats that he has ever had. So overall, I am ecstatic at the quality and the price. Would definitely buy it again, though I don't think there will be a need to do so.

Overall, a great knife. I had a 9" chef's knife made for me a little bit back and absolutely love it. Thought I'd buy the 5" utility/paring that was overstock. Great knife but less attention to detail. Good buy though
