the screws refuse to open to fix the stand and the stand collapses as I have to place precariously
The screws are so rigid, they are not able to open and build the stand. As this was a product that I had ordered to use at my exhibitions, it collapsed the moment I placed it together. The screws would not open to fix the rod in. It’s a completely useless product as it’s neither steady and very fragile to use. Waste of money. The actual outer carton is missing.
