I really like this dress. I bought it for family pictures. It was kind of tight across my chest, and I have fairly small chest. The length was great for someone that is barely over 5'. The main reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it was very wrinkled when it came out of the package. I thought the wrinkles would come out fairly easily, but they were actually quite difficult to get out. I tried a steamer, iron (I thought I was going to burn the fabric), and eventually had to use wrinkle release and my dryer which did a better job than either of those but still left it quite wrinkled for pictures. Overall though, it was flattering and I loved the color.

First, I LOVE THESE DRESSES! I've bought a number of them. Great bang for your buck and great style selection. That said, it's been a slog -- which is why I had to go with 3 stars instead of 5. A friend had one, so I was able to try it on first. This process would've been double the trouble if I hadn't. Hers was a medium (I'm 5'4" and usually a medium in tops, an 8-10 in pants) so I thought it would fit, but it was a bit tight in the arms and chest so I ordered a large. The skirt is incredibly flowy, so it'll fit everyone! The large fit perfectly. Now for the imperfections and inconvenience. This dress is not expensive and when it arrives you will see why. It's flimsy and erratic in its construction. The lighter colors will be more see-through. One was missing a button (but it does come with extras), one was longer than the other, and some will have flyaway strings (usually, they're easy to cut and no damage done.) The buttons are also a nightmare. Sometimes it will come buttoned, other times, not. However, because of the elastic waist, there's no reason to ever unbutton them once they're buttoned. The dress will go right over your head. Always button when the dress isn't on you, it's just so much easier to get a rhythm going. But some had flaws that weren't fixable. You'll need to know ahead of time, that this won't be a two day Amazon Prime process and you're done. You may have to exchange, you may have orders delayed -- this isn't fulfilled by Amazon. Like I said, I ordered a bunch to try out and a few came right away, Prime-style. A few were delayed a few more days. A few disappeared entirely. So I reordered those and they seem to be disappearing again -- at this point, delayed, but holding out hope. I wanted them for an event a few weeks away, so luckily, I'll have at least one by that date, but I didn't have the options I wanted. I've never had such a hard time getting an order from Amazon before. What gives, Milumia?Look, these dresses are incredibly flattering and worth the wait, but it'll be less stressful if you plan for the complications ahead of time. if you need a dress for a certain date, unless it's months in advance, have a backup plan.

I like this style dress and have it in several colors. However, I should note that purchasing it is hit or miss. I can afford to purchase a dress like this and not have it last very long, but I don't know that its a good idea for someone who has a hard time affording it. This is definitely not an investment piece. It generally comes in the mail literally wadded up in a ball and is a wrinkled mess. Ironing is a nightmare, so you have to wet it, thrown in a drier for some steaming, then maybe use a steamer, then sometimes still have to iron parts of it. Because of the solid color the wrinkles show more than the printed versions. The scores of buttons are shipped to you unbuttoned, and can be extraordinarily difficult to button, as the elastic cords that go around the buttons are random lengths and some slip on easily and some you fight on, and then the button is pulled too tight and the material bunches. The burgundy dress was of thinner material and more see through than a black printed version I got. It bums me out because you have to wear a slip in order to be decent which make the outfit hotter in the very hot climate I live in. The burgundy one was much longer than the other 2 print versions of this dress I have purchased. Even with platform sandals it is too long, I'm 5'6" with 2" shoes. The hem was also not hemmed or finished. I might take it to a tailor to get it hemmed, but that will cost as much as the dress cost to purchase. On a positive note, no holes in the fabric. Another version of this dress that I purchased had a hole in the fabric right on the breast, next to the buttons and I had to send it back. The dress is cool, the burgundy color is gorgeous. I have broad shoulders and a large chest 38DDD and the XXL fits with no tugging or gaps. I contemplated a smaller size, but the waist can ride up too high if too much of the material is stretching over the breast area. If you wear a 14 and have a smaller chest, you could definitely go a size down. I wear a size 12 or 14, or sometimes 16 if it is close fitting on the chest. This dress draws compliments. Would love to see a well made version of this style, with quality fabric, particularly for winter. I would pay double for better fabric and stitching.

I bought this dress in 2 colors for a trip to India. They worked great for traveling around in a conservative country. I am only 5'1 and the dress came to about my ankles, which was perfect so it doesn't drag on the ground through India. I did just wash them, so I'm curious to see if they shrunk anymore from the first wash. The sizes seemed a little inconsistent between both dresses, but that's OK.

I have gotten more compliments over this dress than I have ever gotten before. It is so flattering and comfortable. I can pair it with cute sandals or my red and black western boots! The fabric is so soft the dress really moves and is cooling to the touch. I just love it.

Nice dress too small. Had to return. A medium size is a six with this foreign manufacturing.

It is actually stunning! I am always cautious when ordering clothes online. I like to read reviews and triple-check sizing. I hate to return anything.Well this dress is very flowy and soft. The size was accurate. I bought green and it is slightly more “army green” than “forest green.” Oh well.

Very very poor quality and sewn completely disproportionately. I ordered a medium and the sleeves don’t even fit my 3 yr old daughter arms. Terrible product and they want me to pay to ship it back.
