They fit great on my 216k10vkaa. If I remember right I just didn’t a little google searching to verify.

Is this a high lift blade? I do not like the muching blades, they leave a mess all over the yard

Not sure if its a high lift blade? They are the OEM Honda blade model numbers it states and they work like new. I got this Honda mower about 5 years ago and have always had a problem when mowing in a counter clock-wise direction, It leaves a trail of grass clippings to the side. But if I mow in a clock-wise direction, it doesn't leave a trail? I've had this problem since it was new. Hope this helps!

It appears to be the same set however all companies make minor adjustments. I found that my new set does not cut as clean unless the grass is really dry it tends to clump. Bagging is a pain so I try to avoid
