Ok ladies, here is the skinny on sizing yourself for a corset. A corset is made to (when laced) take up to 2-4" off of your natural waist size. Think "Gone with the wind", and Scarlet has to be at 13" to fit her dress, so it was pulled tighter. So i have a 45" waist (i know, and I digress), that doesn't mean the corset that will fit my 45" waist should be bought at a size for 45", rather buy the corset that will give me the desired waist measurement after it's tightened or as I like to say "trussed". When you are a beginner meaning first time corset wearer order the size that will give you 2-4" smaller than your natural waist size (any smaller you might get light headed and pass out.) The laces are long but as I found not long enough to give me my desired max of 4". Easily fixed by buying the longest pair of shoe strings to add the length I needed to adequately trus my corset. Remember with each wear how much you need to tighten it will change as the corset breaks in and adjusts to your body. There will come a day that you won't need the extra length of laces (so remove them, and relace). I make corsets, and have studied plenty on sizing, tightening, breaking in, and wearing. Trust me I bought the right size, if I went a size up I wouldn't get the desired look and fit I expect. This is a excellent corset, and I would recommend it highly to anyone. Every body is different, some of us need longer laces, but that In no way makes this a bad product, and the Only way to get a perfect fit is have a custom fitting by someone who knows the amount of laceing that will be needed to give you your desired effect. Hope this helps! Only thing that made it somewhat small, was the fact that I needed extra length on the laces. It was easily remedied by adding shoe laces to the bunny ear portion, added photo and re-lacing the corset. Great price point and excellent quality, for me (a seasoned corset wearer) very comfortable as well. I don't use it for waist training, only fashion; however the quality and durability of this brand fit the bill if that's what you're looking to do. Quick delivery too. I'm a full figured fluffy gal 5'4" size 20/22, purchased a 3x as I wanted the options of 2" - 4" reduction based on how I truss the garment, fully tightened I'm a solid size 18 in the waist. This waist corset has garter attachment loops, they can be hard to find so I have added photos of the loops (fingers pointing them out 4 per side since the size changes as you truss/cinch the corset).

Great product. But there were 2 size charts. Initially, I used the one next to the picture; it said 2x was my size which is also my dress size so I ordered a 2x. It was MUCH too small! When submitting a return request, I noticed a second chart at the bottom of the page which said my size was 6X. After my refund was posted (on Prime), I ordered the 6K and it's a perfect fit!! Note: I learned from a YOU-Tube video, that being a male, the corset should be worn upside down. Logic is women's largest area is their hips, whereas, for men its their upper body area (below bra).

After reading through a lot of questions and reviews, I decided to get a size 6 XL. My waist size is 47", shirt/dress size is 3x and my pant size is 20/22. I carry most of my weight in my stomach and I have a bigger than average bust. This corset stood out to me because it was said to be sturdy and to hold its shape. This was the first corset I have seen that was close to my size so I decided to give it a try. While trying it on, I noticed that it was really sturdy, which is GREAT because I've wanted something that will help add curves at my waist and if does just that. However, the sturdiness does make it a bit more challenging to put on and take off. Putting the hooks on was harder than expected because the hooks "move as one." It's not as flexible as waist trainers. It definitely cinches you in. Pretty tight on me but I am able to move and breathe just fine. I was even able to put my 8xl waist trainer over it on the third set of hooks (also pictured). It does poke at me at the sides and because I am a plus size woman, it does squeeze my fat up, but I will adjust the corset to my accommodations some more by setting it lower on my waist and making the "lace" on the back looser. Also, I recommend wearing this with a spanx waist shaper to help smooth out the corset under tight-fitting clothes. I give this product a 4 out of 5 stars because I only ask that it be more flexible/stretchy to help with larger women so it can be more comfortable to wear. Other than that, I love how it gives me curves under my dresses!

It was a beautiful corset but it was way too small. It should have fit based on the size chart but it didn't.

I absolutely love this Corset, the one I purchased the heavy duty 26 steel boned rods works as a TRUE corset not fashion AND is amazing for beginners no problem with durability EVerything has worked out great,, however I do wish there was more material by the clasp,,, I have had no issues with ANYthing but I worry about how long it will with stand do to less material being there but again it is performing amazing. I as of yet do not see any for seen problems. Its REALLY comfortable and I'm always sad to take it off.. I have been talking to the company itself on fb and let me tell you the customer service has been crazy good I will be loyal to them,,, please deff give them a try below I will include 2 photos day 1 and day 2 of seasoning and have been following a strict seasoning schedule, I also saw that people felt it wasnt able to be stealthy in.... NOT true had no problem doing soo :)

I really like this corset, once I got the right size. Amazon recommended a 3x. I wear a 3x in shirts, skirts, and leggings, sometimes a 2x if it's drape-y, and a 24 in numbered US sizes. I had to go all the way up to a 6x to get one of these that had enough room to fasten the front with it fully open in the back. I'm keeping the 5x because I think I'll probably be able to use it soon, but I was disappointed. My fault for trusting sizing instead of measuring. Someone had also laced it wrong. Given that it didn't come in the original bag, I assume it was returned at some point and whoever relaced it didn't know how, so I had to redo it. Look it up online, there are some lovely video guides. The first time you put it on, it will be stiff. It's steel-boned, so it's going to need to form to you. Please look up videos on how to do this if you haven't done it before, or you can hurt yourself or the corset. If you're looking to corset for a special occasion, like a wedding, you're going to need to wear it at least a couple of times before the big event or you're going to be very sore after a few hours.

I ordered the 6X 40" corset. My waist line is 43" and I wear a US size 18. I researched corsets for hours, for DAYS looking for one that might fit me. I settled on this one because it had good reviews and it wasn't overly expensive. The measurements in the description are spot on. It fits like a glove and it gives me that beautiful hourglass shape. It is a little on the heavy side, but I can't even be mad at that because it is so well built. The strings are suuuper long. Almost too long, but overall I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. Honestly, I can't believe the quality for such a low price point. Thank you for showing love to us bigger girls.
