My child shares a room with a sibling. Is the alarm loud enough to wake the sibling or just the bed wetter?

The alarm part is REALLY loud but doesn’t wake either of my kids up, just me so that I can go help. The vibration part is what wakes my kids up. I use these on 2 kids right now and my eldest (6) doesn’t need my help so I have his set to vibrate only. Hope that helps.

I see one reviewer working on their 4th week. Has anybody had complete success and is not using this anymore? How long did it take?

It took us about 3 weeks for the alarm to start working. My son has been dry and not using the alarm for about 10 days now. We're crossing our fingers that he won't have a relapse. Hope that helps!

Is it easy to turn the alarm off at night? The Malem alarm is too hard to figure out in the middle of the night so I stopped using it.

Yes it is very easy to turn off the alarm. There are two ways. The first way is to press a button on the battery back. The second option is to unplug the cord that is attached to the battery pack and sensor. Both are easily accessible. Make sure the sensor is completely dry.
