Description:A great set of tools to develop ESP8266.NodeMCU is built based on the mature ESP8266 technology to take advantage the abundant resources available on the web.NodeMCU has ESP-12 based serial WiFi integrated on board to provide GPIO, PWM, ADC, I2C and 1-WIRE resources at your finger tips, built-in USB-TTL serial with super reliable industrial strength CH340 for superior stability on all supported platforms.ESP8266 is a highly integrated chip designed for the needs of a new connected world. It offers a complete and self-contained Wi-Fi networking solution, allowing it to either host the application or to offload all Wi-Fi networking functions from another application processor.ESP8266 has powerful on-board processing and storage capabilities that allow it to be integrated with the sensors and other application specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal development up-front and minimal loading during run-time.Its high degree of on-chip integration allows for minimal external circuitry, and the entire solution, including front-end module, is designed to occupy minimal PCB area.Features:The breakout has the TFT display soldered on (it uses a delicate flex-circuit connector) as well as a ultra-low-dropout 3.3V regulator and a 3/5V level shifter so that you can use it with 3.3V or 5V power and TTL control logic.Serial Chip: CH340Resolution: 128(H)RGB * 128(V)dotsThe TFT driver is ST7735Support arduino / 51 / SMT32 etc general single chip microcomputer.SPI interface controlColor Arrangement: TFT Active matrixPackage Including1 * NodeMcu Lua V3 WIFI Development Board1 * 1.44 inches LCD Screen Module

A very neat bundle
This is a very neat bundle - an ESP8266 and a nice little TFT lcd display. These components are easy enough to connect together and the links in the item's description take you some useful data and projects. The LCD is bright and the resolution is good enough to display both text and graphics clearly. The WiFi component of the ESP8266 allows you to do so much more than a standalone Arduino can. I'm just tidying up code for the display side of an Internet-connected Neopixel clock. Lots of fun!
