This eyeliner is terrible. If you want a good cobalt blue, buy wet n wild thick eyeliner/eyeshadow pencil for about a dollar and some change but some stores it's $3 but still better than this. I tried this eyeliner on my hand first and first it didn't really apply. I tried again after wiping the eyeliner with tissue to make it not as waxy.... I tried it again and the eyeliner is so waxy that there's no way this can be applied like eyeliner. It's more like a dollar store, generic, waxy crayon that hardly writes on paper. Don't waste your money.

This color shows up wonderfully. It's very bright. I really like this product. It goes on easier if you warm it up a little in your hand.
