Hahahahahahaha
Incisive insights from your best friend. Original copy I purchased at an airport newsstand and it was past on, and on, and on. Great gift and a good hearty laugh.

Great for a small gift
Wonderful little book. My husband and I have two dogs- one of which chews on EVERYTHING. I thought this would make a great little extra something for Christmas, and I was right. We both love the poems inside. Super cute and funny.

If you like dogs and have a sense of humor, you will love this small book.
This is absolutely marvelous. If dogs could talk (and write poetry), this is what you'd expect from them. All of these poems are charming, and some are laugh-out-loud funny, but any human with a dog companion can actually imagine his or her pet saying these things (if they could speak English, of course). If you're good at deciphering what your dog means by its body language, you've probably already been the recipient of at least a few of these doggy proclamations--only they weren't written in words. Francesco Marciuliano, the author, also wrote the bestseller, "I Could Pee on This," which I now must read.

Truly Funny & Book Makes a Great Present for Dog/Cat Loving Friends
Francesco Marciuliano has a wonderfully light touch when he writes about cats and dogs--and his insights are spot on. Books made me smile and sometimes laugh out loud. These cute tiny books make excellent gifts. I bought a few books for my dog and cat lover friends. Both books are terrific but the cat book was even funnier. Keep writing Francesco--and I say this as a fellow San Francisco based writer. You bring a fresh take, and endearing eye to an old subject. Marianne

Delightfully hysterical
Hysterically written. Definitely get one for yourself and dog lover friends. So often these types of books fall way short, this one is thoroughly entertaining throughout. You will see your furry friend and yourself in many, many pages. If you aren't laughing at yourself and your current dog, you will be remembering a past doggie's quirk(s). I originally bought the "I Could Pee on This" - poetry by cats - for my Sis, and loved that humor, leading to this purchase. So glad I did.

I smiled, I laughed, my spirits were lifted.
I love a good dog book and by good I mean one that doesn't make me cry. This fit the bill perfectly. My favorite poems were definitely the ones involving separation anxiety and not getting doggy dinner served on time. I can so relate. Anyway, this cute little book would make a great gift for both dog lovers and friends and family who think us dog owners have gone off the deep end (really surprise them and get your dog to autograph it for them). It offers great insight into the canine mind and some adorable doggy pics too. Now I'm hooked on dog poetry! I think I'll read "Throw The Damn Ball" next. I can always use a good laugh.

This is truly a dog lovers' book.
I received this book for my birthday. And each time I reread it brings a smile to my face and sometimes a tear to my eyes. We have adopted/rescuer 6 dogs (Jack Russel's, Golden Retrievers and Pekingese) over several years. Every dog no matter what breed they have individual personalities and issues. This little book helps you to keep things in prospective.
