The first thing I noticed out of the box was the aesthetics of the keyboard. I quite like it and think it looks really nice in the right set up. The build quality is absolutely fantastic and it shows, it feels premium. A good weighty feel to it, all the keys function well (nice clicks) as does the volume control work nicely. It's fairly compact in size in comparison to a regular sized keyboard so you'll have more desk space to utilise. In the box you'll get the keyboard (with a plastic dust protector), 4 spare switches, switch removal tool, cleaning brush, cleaning cloth, USB A to USB C lead and the instruction manual. I would urge everyone who buys it to read the manual especially for the handy shortcuts. The web software was easy to use to customise the keyboard. A weblink is in the manual on page 8 under web driver software. I did however run into an issue where it wouldn't work for whatever reason (2 error messages) in Firefox but it ran using Chrome absolutely fine. I tinkered away looking at the various options until I was set up to my preference. The web software is better than I expected and has good options like all the random colour patterns, RGB/RGB speed, brightness, key travel, etc. I found typing on it to be easy enough in general and in the daytime (I have been using a keyboard since the days of the ZX Spectrum) but it can be challenging at night if the area isn't well lit. This is purely due to the key caps being essentially black on black going for that stealth aesthetic. My wife and kids just couldn't get to grips with it due to not being able to see what they were pressing even with the various backlights on but it will totally depend on the individual. Overall I think it's a very good keyboard for my use case but it maybe too much for a novice to use unless they use it more regularly and get used to key placements.
