Purchased this tib raise machine to go along with my seated calf raise machine for my home gym. This thing is solid & has tremendously helped with my shin splint & achy knee problems. Also beefed up the front portion of my lower legs. My foundation/feet now feels a lot stronger & I can now jump off elevated places with no knee pain.

you gotta love this machine once you get use to it but afterwords it builds great strength in your front portion of your legs, great for diving or snowboarding.

This is a GREAT item! Its sturdy and well built. I wish that the weights would stay on the bars without clamps or collars. I had to put a couple layers of duck tape on the bars to keep the weights on. Other than that this is a great buy!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this machine so far. It’s fairly easy to use yet does the job. The fact that it can be moved from one place to another yet stays grounded once in place is a plus. The machine also arrived way sooner than expected. It’s a must have for any home gym.
