I just got these curtains and the valence today and I love them! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the "yellow" background but it is subtle enough that they almost seem very cream colored. They pick up the tones in my counter top so I think they match pretty well. I have white cabinets so I was worried they would clash but I think they look great! I didn't want a stark white kitchen and wanted to add a pop of subtle color - I think these did the trick. The other colors in the curtains are very vibrant. I will be buying another curtain as I think I will like the look of two curtains on the bottom rod better than just one. These are very soft and thin, but not sheer. They will still let a ton of light through. The detail is amazing and you can tell they really take great care in creating these by hand. Shipping was WAY quicker than what they promise. I ordered them 3 days ago! Highly recommend! I have attached pics as well.

Beautiful and delicate. I love the style they bring to our light gray kitchen. The bead work is a great touch too. I would like to buy more from Saffron Marigold for my house. They are a little pricey, but the quality is excellent and I think worth it. The packaging is even nice.

I am very happy with my purchase, it's definitely a great addition to my kitchen. The background of the valance is indeed a creamy yellow, and the fabric is a very thin and delicate linen.The presentation in the shipping is impressive as well, seems like they take great pride in their work. These are really unique valances. There is more of a pale yellow green color in the background which I didn't expect but don't mind. They are beautiful and frequently complimented. Very thin - almost sheer. The pattern is lovely, the bead work is really cool and not overdone, the colors are very close to what you see in the photo with the exception of the background as noted above - I expected it to be a cream or ivory color, but I am pleased with the color it's very unusual.

I debated whether to go with cheaper, commercial valances or these unique ones. I'm so happy I went with my preference. After all, how often do you have to buy curtains? My bedroom looks so light and airy. They're beautiful! They look exactly like the photo online. I've never had such a personal touch from any vendor. Clearly they take pride in their product. I'm shopping for more to go in other rooms.

I love these valances! Workmanship is great, color is not as bold as expected but the right tones. Tiny beads and Crystal's are good looking and good quality. I paired these with the Newlake striped jacquard bedspread in blue. My favorite room now! Would definitely buy again!

Used this valance as a cafe' curtain for my small kitchen window that overlooks the neighbor's drive. Such a beautiful statement piece. Hung on a tension rod, it fit in the window casing beautifully.
