Buy the best before the rest!
I’ve always been a firm Otterbox fan until one day I stumbled upon Mythbusters Adam Savage explaining his EDC (Every Day Carry) and he had his phone in a later version of this case for his older iPhone and I knew I wanted one if I ever converted to iPhone from Samsung. I’ve had my iPhone in an Otterbox since I bought it new on the first day but it was always sold out. So glad I got this case it’s durable and sleek, granted it adds a few ounces but that’s because it’s made from aluminium.

Awesome iPhone Xs Max case
I had been a fan of Element Case for a long time. Since you paid top dollars for your iPhone, it’s understandable you pay a little extra to get the case to protect your investment and use it for a long time. And this time it’s for my Xs Max. I love it

Good case for the price.
Great case protector!

Not worth the price
Great looking case. Pocket clip is convenient. However the small screws will fall out and the case is much heavier than expected

Expensive but exactly as advertised
It’s not cheap, but it’s the best case out there. I was skeptical, but I now see and feel the difference of a quality high end case.

Hopefully it’s all there.......
Case itself is very solid and well made. Hopefully the rest of these cases come with all the parts though. Came missing the tool for the screws and the extra screws. Contacted the seller and manufacturer and they insist on playing e-mail games......just send me the missing stuff?

Broke after a week of use!
The little kickstand on the back of the case broke after less than a week. I contacted customer service. No response. I emailed again. No response. After almost two weeks I posted on Facebook, finally got someone from Element to check on the delay. It took two days of messages to finally get an email. They want me to send the case back to inspect it. I really don’t think a $250 case should break after a week of use. If you have this case, beware of the kickstand on the back. It is flimsy and doesn’t hold the phone up very well. The case would be better without it.Update: After sending back the case and paying $16 to return it, they sent a repaired case back. The kickstand works again, but the case back looks like it was sandpapered. There is a spot where the texture is worn off to the degree that the case is shiny. It didn’t even make it back on to my iPhone. Now I have to start the process all over again to submit a new warranty claim, when I didn’t even use the case!I paid another $16 to send the phone back for a replacement back piece. After a week and a half of silence, I sent three unanswered emails and a message for a status update. I am happy to report I finally got a response. They are giving me a refund. I’m still out $32 for postage and two months of time for emails.
