I've been using this for a few weeks now and it definitely helps me stay in ketosis and noticeably keeps my energy levels up. Also mixes really well, but I typically use a blender for my bullet coffee and shakes. I always add their BHB to my bullett coffee because it gives it a rich chocolate taste.

Exeptional product. Gave this one a try because it doesn’t contain corn starch or any other fillers like most the MCTs I’ve tried. I’m thrilled I gave it a try, mixes well, taste super creamy and doesn’t upset my stomach like previous MCTs have. It actually comes full to the top with powder. Highly recommend this mct powder.

So far I like this product it does not have a flavor which is good, I do find it a little hard to blend in my coffee without a blender, but it works just fine.

I've used other brands and while they made my coffee creamy they were all pretty flavorless. This one is not. It tastes pretty bad actually and it doesnt dissolve well without a ton of stirring. My first cup had gloppy balls of bitter mess in it and was plain gross. What a disappointing morning surprise! The few bucks I saved was definitely not worth it.

I purchased this product because its relatively cheaper than bestsellers and highest rated MCT Oils. But problem is that it doesn't mix and leaves strange terrible taste (definitely not coconut taste) which lasts for nearly one hour after consumption.If it really contains sufficient amount of MCT Oil (not sure) than I would suggest to use them in a shakes where taste will be minimized.

Recently purchased this product and I love it. Not usually a morning person but have been trying to get the gym before work. NurtiMCT gives me a boost of energy in the morning for my workouts and keeps me going at work throughout the day. I've mixed with coffee, chocolate milk, and protein shakes.....mixes well with just about anything!

Really wanted to love it, even like it. Not enough calories or even fats to be beneficial for Ketos and main reason why I am returning is every time I use it, it give me a very awful stomach ache.

I blend a scoop of this MCT Oil Power every morning with a little heavy cream, a pat of butter and monk fruit sweetener. It is heavenly. I use my vitamix blender and it comes out smooth and frothy. I don't understand the bad reviews for this product. I will keep ordering.
