The product is very good. But, they are not very safe, because, any criminal who has the type of key that opens the screws, there is a risk that they will (effectively) be stolen.

Needed to protect your light!
This item is two tamper-resistant drilled spanner pan head screws made of 18-8 SS, 1/4"-20 thread size, 1/2" long, and the associated bit. Works well.

Small head, Easy to strip
Could have made them more robust with a better key. I didn't even tighten them with torque and the two small holes that fit the key mashed enough to be about halfway stripped. I believe for the money these could have been much better. Key and holes are small and metal is soft enough to strip easily.
