I love how great these feel. They are so light and comfortable, and look really cool. They stay on very well and are absolutely worth every dollar spent. I highly recommend them. I would recommend getting a size larger than you normally wear.

They seem comfy, but have to give 3 stars because the website suggested to size down, and now I have to deal with a return and ordering another pair. =\ Will update review after I receive the correct size.

OK, these do have sort of a clownfeet type look, like many sandals of this ilk do. However, they are REALLY neat; I guess I would put them in the 'fugly' category. The rope trim is a cool touch, and they are comfy and extremely lightweight. I am looking forward to wearing them as slip-ons for the garden and chicken coop come summer. For the moment, we are in the midsts of an arctic coldspell here in my region, and I need to wear something warmer outside. So, I have been trying them out as house shoes, and they really do work in that capacity as well. I wear a size 7.5/38 eu woman's shoe, and bought the 7-8 size, which fits me perfectly. I like the tan/khaki/natural color that I chose -- I wouldn't want one of the bright colors to add to the clown-like effect. The sole is quite cushiony and I can imagine they would be quite functional for someone who spends a lot of time on their feet. While one of the pluses of these are the rubber construction that will allow easy cleaning if you wear them in muck (as I intend to), it remains to be seen how the rope decorations will hold up to dirt and wear. Under the rope trim, the shoes are actually held on by a fake-leather/vinyl type slightly stretchy strap. I am not sure how well that strap will sustain over time. I am pretty rough on my gardening clogs, and I do have some concerns about those components.
