The Great Smell of Brut . . .
Obviously, the smell is key. If you hate Brut, don't buy it. If you or your friend like it then it's excellent. A distinctive, masculine odour that lasts well. You don't need that much in the palm of your hand to do the job, or you could use it straight from the bottle and just 'splash it on all over' (probably best to keep clear of the sensitive bits).

Enjoy the audacious bouquet.
It's Brut for me - we served this at our last soiree and by Jove, what an evening we had. This tipple is very forward on the nose but one will be surprised by the delicate notes of cinnamon and creosote. One of our guests said that after only one sip he felt like angels were dancing a ballet on his tongue. He is currently in hospital.
