This definitely seems to open my airways and reduce my snoring, but it also is uncomfortable to wear. It puts pressure on my jaw by pushing it backwards, and the inner facing is too thin - I can feel the edges of internal structure pieces poking me through it. I couldn't sleep more than an hour or so with this on.

This is one of the best anti snoring chin straps I have ever worn. It is very soft and comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to fit around the head. I use it along with my BiPAP headgear. I have been trying different chin straps. I am glad that I finally found this product that works well for me. I highly recommend it.

Too tight around the ears making it uncomfortable to wear
