why is this so high of a price its 6 buck in jail

Keefe has a series of exclusive contracts with penal institutions. In order to buy this product and a host of others they sell, a purchase order submitted on jail or prison stationary must be sent in. They do not sell to the public. In prison, this bag sells for about $3.

15$ ? For 3 ounces? It was 3 bucks inside?

I know right. The prisons have a contract for it and only a small markup. It's outrageous but you can't just buy it at Walmart. I've looked around and Amazon is the only place I found to buy it. Folgers or Maxwell House is my brands since I hit the streets.

How about a 3 for 5 ? Ok ok ok, 2 for 1 me bro ?

3$ coffee bombs or we could do 3 pouches
