OHR CANDLES Ohr 4 Hour Neironim Candles, Shabbat and Small Votive Wax Candle, 72 Count

They work great for me and last long into shabbat and no mess with my glass cups. I love them especially for winter when it gets dark so early.

I put the first candle in a jar a little bit too large, and when the candle melted, it spread out and dies in about 20 minutes. The second candle was placed in a shot glass and sure enough, 4 good hours of burn time. You do have to use the right sized holder, though!!

Bought these for Pesach. The Rabbi and his family would be at my table for the community seder and I wanted everything to be perfect. I was sure that 4 hour candles would be long enough. Sure, the Rabbi likes to talk, but he likes brisket too - so that was sure to keep things moving along. The table was beautiful and the Rabbi's wife lit the candles for us, they burned beautifully and it was easily the prettiest table of them all. I could finally relax... but then, about 15 minutes in one of the candles sputtered out! The other went just as we started eating about 2 hours later. I was horrified. I felt like Rose Weismann from the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Do you know how hard it is to get the Rabbi at Pesach! Well there you have it. I have not used them since as 4 hours is far too long for Shabbos in summer. Who wants to risk staying up till 2 am? Ahhh well. I am confident they'll do better come fall. The candles may not have been quite level after all ;)

These candles are not worth rhe money. They do not burn for 4 hours they will burn for maybe a little over an hour . In the picture I posted it shows the lit candle which I put in a small cat food tin because the candle is too small to fit in any candle holder I have it is a smaller than standard size in the picture that is the size that you get I actually trimed the wick on the one I burnt you can see the comparison of the size of the candle to a Bic lighter it is very small it does not burn for 4 hours there is no way it could

Candles arrived as promised - lasted for the full 4 hours

Some of these haven't melted evenly and end up going out before all of the wax has burned....making them far less than 4-hour candles (or leaving you with only one candle burnimg after half the time). Of the 9 pairs I've used so far, this has happened twice. They also leave more of a waxy film inside the glass cups than other brands have.

Not happy very little glow. Won’t be buying these again.

These aren't Votive candles to me. Very small cylindrical candles. Time to look again. I judged these too quickly. As long as you have a holder that can contain the wax they are brilliant. They burn for 6 hoursand burn very cleanly. Will be ordering again very soon.

These candles are slimmer than expected and do NOT burn for 6 hours. 2 hours is all I get out of them. I could understand it if they were sitting in a draft but they’re in small jars and sit below the tops.

I expected these to be taller versions of tea lights so they would last longer, however they are fairly narrow so not what I thought I ordered, this could have been my fault for not checking. They don't seem to burn for as long as I had liked either.
