JetKVM has been an excellent device and easily one of the best KVM solutions Iโve used. The setup is straightforward, the interface is intuitive, and overall performance is rock solid. One of the biggest highlights is the low latency interactions feel fast and responsive, making remote access genuinely smooth rather than frustrating. The reliability and video quality really set it apart from many other KVM devices on the market. Everything works exactly as expected, which is honestly what you want most from a tool like this. The only thing that could make JetKVM absolutely perfect would be a built-in voice/audio option. If voice support were included, it would hands down be the best KVM device available, no contest. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fast, reliable, and well-designed KVM solution.

This just works out of the box. No phone app necessary, no cloud account necessary. I plugged in the HDMI, USB, and network and the screen showed its IP. I went to that IP in my web browser and it just works. The speed and quality are more than I was expecting. I noticed a few reviews that mentioned the usb splitter does not work, this is not true. There is a usb icon on one and the lightning bolt/power icon on the other. I used it both with and without external 5v usb power. Just make sure to pay attention when connecting external power to use the correct connections. I was very close to purchasing a more popular brand but saw this at the last moment and I am very happy with that choice. It is also extremely fast to move it to a different device when necessary. It only takes a few seconds for it to power on and get its IP. It was extremely well packaged in a hard cardboard box similar to new phone boxes. The unit is metal, not plastic. This really does seem to be a built well.

I found out about this lil gem from a YouTube channel. I think this is one of the better ideas man could have come up with. I was going to order this from the 2 different manufacturers that have them. However, Amazon had the rewards that applied to the purchase price as well as free 2 day shipping so I went that route. Let me say this so you can prepare yourself for what's in store. Although this device comes with most of the cables(HDMI, USB-C to USB-A), you will still need to purchase a network cable(RJ-45) and another USB-C to USB-A cable. You see, there's a USB-C SPLITTER cable that comes with the device but you need to have both of those inputs occupied as one of them powers the device and the other is for data. The icons are on imprinted on the housing of the cable. Once you get all of that connected, there's a few other steps to take. From the computer you connected the device to, go to the IP address that is displayed on the front of the device and proceed through the steps to create an account. You can log into the account using your existing GOOGLE login info. Once completed, login and go to the SETTINGS icon(on the upper right side). On the right side, scroll down to the ACCESS tab and make certain you ENABLE remote access by setting up the CLOUD security function. After this step, go back to the desktop and right click on any blank area and select DISPLAY SETTINGS. In the section where you can see the picture of a monitor, look for the area where you can change the monitor displays(Duplicate these displays, Extend These Displays, Show Only on 1, Show Only on 2). Choose DUPLICATE THESE DISPLAYS and click on SAVE or APPLY. From there, you should be able to fully have control of the device. There may be a delay(depending) in seeing the screen from an outside login but just be patient and it will come into play.

Overall a decent product. Easy setup. It seems to be well built. The software is easy to use. It's a little expensive for what it is, but the price isn't completely out of line. I purchased two of these, and with both of them, every 2nd or 3rd time I connect, the video will not load. I get stuck with a spinning circle and 'loading video feed.' I restart the KVM, and I can then connect without a problem. It's a nuisance not a deal breaker, but I hope this issue gets resolved sooner rather than later.

Let me explain my title. I don't doubt this will work flawlessly on a Windows, Linux, Mac, etc., system. I have not tried. My application is to put a remote head on an Amcrest NVR which really needs it's own monitor, keyboard and mouse. It has its own webUI but it's not the same as the console UI. There are things you can configure in the console UI that you can't do in the webUI. This little gem saved the day. But, let's backup. I typically don't like to spend lots of money on things that you "set it and forget it, so I was looking at either this unit or the IP_KVM (around $70) and the JetKVM ($100). I decided to spend a little more for this product that looked more... DONE, and I am happy I did. My first impression when I opened the box was, "This thing is a BRICK!". It has some heft to it. Seriously, it's more solid and heavier than it looks. As opposed to the IP-KVM, which looks like it's a cobbled breakout assembly in a 3D printed box. That's my blind opinion, since I did not purchase the IP_KVM product. Hooking it up is pretty much a no-brainer. It really is, "if the connector fit, that's where it goes". The only 2 things that could confuse you is the USB-C splitter. However, one head has a thunderbolt on it, meaning the POWER plug. You'll need a user-provided USB-A to USB-C cable to connect to power. And the other head uses the included (short) USB cable that connects to the "target device" for keyboard/mouse emulation. Once it was all connected, I accidentally swiped the display with a finger and realized it has a tough screen, albiet, it doesn't do much but shows device status, but that's a nice surprise. I would give 5 stars for this product, however, I was under the impression this device is accessible via VNC, but it can only be accessed via webUI. That's ok. You just have to remember it's another device that is accessible by web browser.
