Sheets Energy Strip Extra Strength Mint Boost Energy Sheets, 8 Count

I do a lot of running in the mornings, at least four miles, up to ten. When I do a long run (6 miles or over), I need an energy boost. Gel blocks upset my stomach, and while I'm a total coffee junkie, I don't like the feeling of it sloshing around while I run. Sheets are awesome for that, I pop one before I start running, and by the time I hit mile three, it kicks in and gets me to mile 8 without weighing me down.

Feeling stupid for ordering this! Thought I was getting 8 boxes not 8 strips! Total rip off! And a day late!

Yuck. I like mint but it tasted like chalky medicine. There are some energy products that just don't agree with my stomach, and this is one of them.

Although there are only eight, I suppose it's part and parcel to its intended usage because I space them out personally. Yes, yes, yes, I save these guys for special occasions. They're great!
