This is an outstanding series of books! Well written by knowledgable people!

Very useful for our recent trip to northern India. Whole book is interesting and well written. The book is big because it has such good information in it. If you don't want to carry the whole book along, just tear the book apart and take along the sections you need (and read the rest in your leisure).

A very thorough guide book. Highly recommend.

Book seems comprehensive, but it is large/heavy to carry when travelling. Biggest issue is tiny print that is difficult to read if not in ideal light, and how often does that happen when travelling? I sadly returned the book and will look for something else that doesn't require a magnifying glass to read. BTW I am not visually impaired nor do I typically have any problems reading smallish print.

Quite a hefty tome. Very comprehensive. Trip planned for December, so won't know till then how helpful it is. Looks promising. Packed with lots of facts, information and advice.

Huge book so not great for taking with you but has so much info covering the whole of India to some degree, aimed at a budget/middle traveller. You can download the book from a QR code once purchased but complicated to find it again, I did eventually in my Apple Books app and it’s fabulous!

Pretty comprehensive for covering the size of India, main tourist areas as well as less well travelled areas. Good tips and reading lists

This served me well travelling round India for 4 months, it has all that you need to know on the major places in every area that I went to.

Very good guide to use on the run. Content very accurate always purchase one before visiting country.
