I’ve been using this BackGood memory foam lumbar support cushion and it has definitely made sitting more comfortable. The cushion gives firm but comfortable support to the lower back and helps maintain a better posture, especially during long sitting at work or while driving. The memory foam slowly adapts to the back, and the shape nicely fits the natural lumbar curve. The build quality feels decent, the cover is breathable, and the straps help keep it in place. It’s lightweight and easy to move between chair, car and home seating. Pain relief isn’t “magical”, but it does reduce strain, stiffness and fatigue when used consistently.

Good for usage

I bought this wedge pillow after somehow managing to injure my neck… by sleeping . I already prefer sleeping slightly elevated, so I thought this would be a sturdier upgrade from the two regular pillows I normally stack. I tried using it under my head exactly like the product photos show, with my normal pillow on top. For me personally, it ended up being a little too elevated. I’m not a strict back sleeper, and when I rolled to my side, the angle just didn’t feel comfortable. Funny enough, I ended up loving this pillow under my legs instead. It works SO much better for that than the two regular pillows I used before. Those always slid around or disappeared overnight, but this wedge mostly stays put unless my husband somehow karate-kicks it away in his sleep The firmness is honestly perfect. Supportive without feeling rock hard, and it’s held up really well over the past week. I do think it could probably work for head elevation if I used it without my normal pillow, but I just can’t sleep without my own pillow. A few other things I liked: * It fits well on a queen bed without invading my husband’s side * It feels large and sturdy, but still manageable to move around The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is traveling with it unless you can somehow vacuum-pack it. It’s definitely bigger than a standard pillow and would take up a lot of space.
