Very good for organizing

I've been doing IT work for a while, so I know cable management and velcro ties pretty well. When I saw these claiming they'd work for 1000 uses, I was skeptical. Got these over a month ago and tortured one tie by opening and closing it repeatedly (about 50% of the tie). Around 200 uses, I noticed a weaker grip. By 500+ uses, I considered the tie not worth using. To test this, I tied a toy basketball rim to a metal frame with a new tie and the test tie. With a slight tug (maybe a few lbs), the test tie failed in about 5 seconds. A fresh tie handled that and some (I actually tried to move the metal frame). I wouldn't call them really functional after 1000 uses, but honestly, who's opening cable ties that many times anyway? I got the all black ties and 6 inches was just right to manage cables in a custom built gaming PC. I'm using these until I'm ready for a more permanent install with zip ties and I've had no heat issues. In short, these are pretty good velcro ties with normal use. The basic specs are accurate and the quantity is great for the price, and they do their job well for typical cable management.

These are so handy! Extension cords, device charger cords, tidying up computer cables, partitioning cables for the entertainment center, I use them everywhere! I also use them to keep my test leads organized in my toolbox. A great buy!
