Sharper than…
Than a Rhodes scholar on skid row. I just made that up but you can use it. These are great knives. I’ve had them about two years and they are still as sharp as the day I bought them. Get ya some!

Fantastic Steak Knives
These are by far one of the best set of steak knives I have ever purchased !!! My wife and I absolutely love them. We like them so much we have 2 sets of them so when we have guests there will be enough for our guests. These knives are very sharp, comfortable, and well made. Just like their professional series of knives. I advise everyone to get the set of both.

Good knife that cuts well - albeit in a ripping style
Knifes come in a good box that protects them considering the rapping was destroyed by the carrier! Knifes have a good heft to them and are easy to use but I was surprised that they rip the meat as opposed to slicing through it. KNIFE WORKS WELL...just expected them to cut smoothly rather than what they do. I definitely recommend the knofe.

BEST STEAK KNIVES
I have been wanting to buy these for a while, and now that I have, I am impressed. These are the best steak knives I have ever had. My husband loves to cook and we eat meat quite often. These knives make cutting steaks, pork chops and chicken extremely easy. I won't ever go back to regular steak knives ever again!!

Razor sharp
Beautiful, the best quality, razor sharp, one set as a gift and a set for myself

Lacking quality control
Did not like the tang sticking up above the wood handles. An $8 set from target have better quality control. Also found them to be no sharper then other knives which was disappointing.

Great knives
Very well-built, and appears to be a construction that will last for many years. Will be a great addition to my other set of Bokashi knives.
