When this item first arrived I was over the moon with the look, texture, warmth and fit (even if a little snugger than expected) however unfortunately there was a fault along the waist band.I contacted the seller who responded promptly and arranged for a new hoodie to be sent to me ASAP with no quibbles.I would certainly use this seller again.

I ordered a L (size 12) as advised, although I’m only a uk 10/12. This item is HUGE and absolutely swamps me!! Furthermore, it’s thin and looks nowhere near as nice as shown on the site. It’s also very itchy and horrible fabric. Very disappointed and have requested a return/refund.

The product is as it was described, nice to wear and feel. very soft and fits well.good all round product. have not been washed yet so do not know the result after being washed if it will keep it's softness.

This hoodie came a little on the large size so brilliant if wearing light weight jumper under it , very warm, soft and amazing just for the price. Comes in a few colours i had brown, but it tends to drain face of colour , for me.good for bed wear or wearing around the home, not thick enough on its own the keep warm in cold weather.

The fabric of garment itself is fine and it was well made, but the fit is abysmal. From their size chart, I ordered what professed to be a size 20, bigger than the size I normally have (16-18). It was supposed to be a loose slouchy jumper anyway, but it was skin tight. It fits my size 12 friend perfectly, as in the picture. Good comms for returning it, but I would have preferred to have a garment the right size as per their chart. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love this jumper, it’s in the wash & straight back on. I ordered a couple of sizes bigger as I like my jumpers baggy & it’s perfect. It’s thin but keeps you surprisingly warm. My only complaint would be that I paid a lot less than the current price, a real shame it’s gone up so much as I had actually come on to order a couple more. Worth the lower price, not so much the higher price.

This is are jock ,I order this sweetheart hooded for my self ,it take are wail ,order it on are plus size ,and when it cam to my house ,I try it on it came to my belly bottom,no good at all ,I hat to keep it as it wut costs m a lot to return ,so hat only £ 5 ,60 back .neh not again
