Felt like it was burning. I ended mainly solving this by having my scrub and towel ready to go. I put very little on the scrub and run it under water while making it foam up. Once there's just a small layer of foam. I scrub my face gently then immediately clean my skin with the wash cloth. I also only do this once or twice a week or else I notice redness and tenderness.
