Second-generation self-developed 14.5mm in-ear planar driver| 1μm thin diaphragm | Titanium + Aluminum dual-coating patented technology 28 nm-grade process technology | 0.055mm ultra-fine traces | 14 N52 neodymium magnets on each unit “Tesla valve” patented bass enhancement acoustic technology | Lightweight 6.5g per unit | Specially designed for comfort Rosewood/Black walnut versions available | 4 strands totaling 392 wires of silver-plated copper cable | 3.5/4.4mm swappable plug Review: Great value, typical planar IEM sound, great clear storage case. - It really deserves a solid 4 or even 4.5 if I was being less critical of the sound and more focused on the value compared to other IEM's I've used. This is the first budget pair I have used. That said, they sound better than my Shure IEM's..although better is subjective. I used these extensively over a few days, and they are pretty solid, and mostly what you would expect for sound from a IEM planar driver. $99 is a great deal over all. They really need to include more pictures in the product page as the 6 pairs included ear tips is nice to have, although basic in quality, and the included clear case is great for added value. The case is LEGO block compatible, and I appreciate it more and more everytime I use it. I wish they sold the case separately as it's great for IEM accessories and is stackable. It's too large to pocketable in typical pants pockets, so a soft bag would have been a nice value add. Review: Does what it's supposed to. - These Planar IEMs are amazing . The sound is wonderful. I tried these with 3 different DAPs , a iPod Classic 7th Generation , a Fiio M7 DAP and a Sony Walkman NWA-55L DAP. Played the same album, BobJames's Joyride (converted CD to alac) and it sounds amazing listening with the Fiio FP3 s on all 3 music players. After initially swapping ear pieces to find the right fit for both comfort and sound quality It,the sound ,is as good as wearing a set of fully closed back headphones. Highly recommend these IEMs to anybody thinking of an upgrade without going mad on price.

Sounds good but look disappointing and cheap.
The sound quality is really good, but I haven’t heard a pair of planar IEMs in the $90 range that didn’t sound good so it was expected. Solid, deep bass. Highs are kinda crispy but it’s not too sibilant. The reason these get a 2 is because I’m incredibly disappointed in the appearance. In every photo of these the Walnut is dark and has nice grain. It looks super classy in the photos. The ones I got look cheap and the wood looks fake. The more I stare at it, the less real it looks. I doubt this is actual Walnut as there’s barely any grain and the color is very light!! These look cheap! I expected better and classier so I cannot give these more stars. If I were just going by sound and never had to look at them, it would be an easy 5. Disappointing.
