Product description Review: Not wind tolerant, 3xAA for controller, any micro-usb charges plane. Almost hobby grade. - This Rc plane is suitable for a large room, or to be flown indoors with some practice. The turn controls are "bang-bang", but the motor speed can be varied. Due to how this flies, the limited control (left/right, climb/glide) were sufficient to control this plane. It turns in a very small radius, and typically flies in "high alpha" and has enough power to easily climb vertically, even on the "indoor" setting. There seems to be a charging circuit built into the plane, as it can be charged from any micro-usb cable. The radio uses several (not included) AA batteries, and has enough power/range for this purpose. The two bottom buttons in the group of three on the controller are used for trimming to fly straight. The third button is used is used to connect the radio to the plane when both are first turned on, and then once connected toggles between two flight modes. This "indoor/outdoor" button increases the maximum thrust for both turning and climbing, but doesn't really help (at all) when flown in ANY wind. (when it flies this slowly and weighs this little, it does not take much wind to overpower it and start moving backwards while flying forwards at full speed) It is pretty stable, so it can be (mostly) "kept off of the ground" in too much wind, but is not really...controllable. Inside a parking garage would be an ideal location to fly this, but with 2 batteries charges of practice it was simple to fly in a normal sized room while also dodging a house cat (as long as the ceiling fans are all turned off...) It is durable, but also delicate at the same time. I have not managed to damage it by LOTS of crashing (very little inertia to do damage), but it could be crushed very easily. It is (mostly) made of a material that resembles foam board used for "flite-test" designs, (flat xps foam with paper/cardboard on both faces), but is much thinner. The plane is well protected by the box, so it might be a good idea to keep and use as a storage/transport case. Still 5 stars, because the bang bang controls are perfectly adequate, the general quality seems good, and the price is reasonable for what you get. This is not quite "hobby grade", but is close. Review: Huge Hit with Kids, Simple to Fly - I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but this little RC plane has actually been a huge hit in our house. My toddler is completely obsessed with it and asks to play with it constantly, which says a lot. It’s very easy to use. The controls are simple and it gets up in the air quickly, so even beginners can have fun right away. The size is great for a backyard or park, and it’s light enough that crashes aren’t too dramatic. It also comes with multiple batteries, which is a nice bonus and keeps the play going longer. That said, durability is definitely the tradeoff. The foam construction makes it lightweight and safer for kids, but it also means it doesn’t hold up well over time. Ours has taken a few hits and parts have started to wear down and break sooner than I’d hoped. Overall, this feels like a “fun while it lasts” toy. If your kid loves planes or you want an easy intro to RC flying, it’s a great pick. Just go in knowing it’s not built to last forever, especially with younger kids using it.

Light and mighty!
Daddy O's Review-Fun toy. Takes a few minutes to get the controls down but we caught on quicker than some helicopters we had. It's also quite durable since me and my GROWN MEN sons tried to WW2 it. The propellers at first don't initially seem like they can do the job, but they do. Even with the built in battery, it is incredibly light. It came with some landing gear but we still can't figure how it attaches. Still a Fun Buy-Oscar

Not worth it
All my son and I were able to do was get it to fly straight up. It didn't seem to want to fly any other way. The battery life is very short, 3 minutes at most, on the plane itself, and the controller batteries lasted about 3 days.

fun RC airplane - erratic flight compared to drones
I was surprised by how fun this RC, remote control plane was! I did not have high expectations after I saw the foam and build quality. But it turns out the foam/plastic allows the plane to fly further and farther without all the weight! Any amount of wind will push this featherweight plane around and make for interesting flying! The controls are easy; the right is for speed and the left controls are for steering. Launching the plane is straightforward, you literally just throw at a 30-45 degree angle and make sure the propellers are started beforehand. You can do it yourself or have someone else launch it for you. Battery life is a solid 10 minutes for me before it has to be recharged. I used rechargeable AA batteries in the controller. I'm used to cheap plastic drones which tend to be a bit heavier but are more stable in flight than this airplane. That doesn't take away the fun factor of this plane, though. So far, it has held up to all the crashes.

Great little plain that lasts
We have so much fun with This little thing. What we love most is how light and durable it is. So simple but yet so fun. Even after multiple crashes, no signs of wear. Only complaint is that it doesn’t connect everytime when you turn it on but once ton get past this it’s fine. Easy to charge and not for windy days.

Easy, Fun, and Great for Beginners of All Ages
This RC airplane has been such a fun addition for both kids and adults in our house. Right out of the box, it was very beginner-friendly and didn’t take long to get the hang of, which is a huge win if you’re buying for a younger child or someone new to remote control flying. The controls are simple and responsive without being too sensitive. It lifts off easily and stays fairly stable in the air, even for first-time flyers. My child was able to start flying it with minimal help after a few tries, which made it really exciting and confidence-boosting. The lightweight design is great because it handles small bumps and rough landings pretty well. It’s definitely built with beginners in mind. The bright colors also make it easy to keep track of in the sky. A few things to note: • Best used in open areas with little wind for the easiest flying experience • Battery life is decent, but you may want extra flight time if you’re using it a lot • Takes a little practice to master turns and landings smoothly Overall, this is a great starter RC plane that’s easy to use, durable enough for learning, and genuinely fun. Perfect for kids 6+ and even adults who just want something simple and enjoyable to fly.

Fun, but Challenging
When opening the packaging, caution is necessary. An anxious youth (or adult) may easily damage the product. It is taped to the packaging and the drone materials are very light. While the drone dose have an internal battery that is charged with the provided USB-C cable, the controller needs 2-AA batteries (not included). You have to have a small screwdriver to remove the back cover. Would have been simpler if it had the typical sliding door. You need plenty of space to fly, as this is not a steady flight, but somewhat controlled crash. Thus the need for age 14+, as it requires skilled eye hand coordination. Take off is short distance. The yaw is almost impossible to trim as the craft is so light, you can not have any breeze to adjust the yaw. Still, it is fun to fly. I've had a couple of adult friends that enjoy toys and they got a kick out of it. FAA Registration is not needed as its weight is under 0.55lbs. or 250 grams. Having said that, if there is more than a moderate breeze, this craft will fly away. A small breeze will blow it like a leaf. My friends asked what I paid. I asked, what would they pay for something like that. No one was over $20. So may be a bit pricy for what you are getting. Flight time is approximately 15 minutes? Charges fairly quickly. Still, it is fun. Just not sure how long for any one person. Seems like a product you could have enough of rather quickly. There is no camera or any other devices. This is just a remote controlled UAV. Nothing more.
