Bit of a workout, but I love it. High quality, and looks fantastic. No plastic, and fun to use multiple times a day.

It is a beautiful machine well made but some serious problems and I was very disappointed with. When you attach the portafitler the stainless steel was not deburred correctly and it caused scraping and galling of the metal between the ears of the portafilter and the head of the machine. I cannot spend $400 and listen to sandpaper grinding of poorly finished metal every time I make coffee. I like the overall design but I will return it . Also I did not like the drip tray at all but I would of still kept it if only the portafilter was not so horribly fit and finished because it is like finger nails on a chalk board to me. The instructions were terrible it didn't really explain all the components with good diagrams you had to kind of figure it out for yourself. Also it did not come with a tamper so if you order this be sure and get one. I could not seem to preheat it enough to get it to a good extraction temperature but I am sure there is a way and also I could not get over 3 bars on pulling a shot maybe because I was using a smaller tamper that I had on hand. I think this design with all the heavy stainless steel could benefit with a electric preheater. There is a big rubber washer that goes up inside the machine and a basket but be sure and put the basket then the rubber washer around it before you insert it in the machine Another issue is I chose a manual press because I wanted to avoid a lot of the different plastics and chemicals that could be leached from these plastics but there is no information of what the rubber washers are made out of or the internal piston gaskets so you just have hope it is safe and I am not saying it is unsafe but just no info on it. I hope they will correct all these problems but for now I cannot recommend.

Revising back to 4 stars, Bincoo's customer support came through. I was able to communicate with them through their web site and they are addressing an issue I had with the pressure gauge. Original: This met all my expectations. It feels like a quality build without taking as much space up as the single lever manual espresso makers. It makes great espresso and is simple to operate. I choose it because its lack of plastic and all stainless steal espresso housing. My wife liked that it wouldn't require a long handle protruding from the counter. Hopefully it will hold up, but It appears solid, I'll report back if it has issues after months of use.

So far, so good. Getting the right pull, and pressure down takes some practice. But overall this thing is great. I went with this machine because it seems like there's no plastic involved or hot water touching plastic. I'm going to update over time since there seems to be little information/reviews about this specific espresso maker.

I took a leap of faith because there wasn’t a lot of YouTube videos on this machine but it was 100% worth it! High quality build, heavy, and beautiful to look at.
