Great book and really useful too. I deal with restoration on LBSCR vehicles and this fills in the blanks.

A superb book covering the subject in great detail.It is worth every penny of the price,the amount of work that went in to producing this level of information is astounding.Its the best reference I have found for this period and I have look extensively for for information like this.Many very good old photographs of stock.If you are building these carriages,it is indispensable,much better than many drawings .It covers in great depth and detail which you rarely get and is very well written..

This is a beautiful book with a wealth of information for the historian and modeller.
