These treadmill pads are so convenient! It is such an improvement over the full mat. Before what I wanted to move my treadmill, I would need to collapse the treadmill, pick up the mat, put the mat down, then put the treadmill down, then decide I wanted to move it a little bit, then I'd have to do the whole thing again. Now, I just put the treadmill where I want it, make any adjustments, then slip these pads underneath the contact points. The end! I don't have to worry about getting the right size mat, because these little pads will fit any equipment. And these pads are thicker than the expensive mat that I had. They have slide resistant rubber bits on both sides, so they stay in place on the ground, and your equipment doesn't slide off while it's in use. And when my equipment is tucked away, I just put these in a little sack and keep it next to the treadmill. I don't have to find a place to roll up the map and store it. And, most importantly! these are so much more affordable! You don't have to spend the big money on a mat! These are affordable so much more easy to use, and easy to store away.
