The warm, milky white color is much easier on the eyes, than a clear bulb. These bulbs are also dimmable, which is useful on a ceiling fan that you can dim, or a dining room chandelier with a dimmer switch. Since these LED bulbs last so much longer than incandescent bulbs, they are a good value. We have switched over to only LED bulbs in our house. Plus they stay much cooler than incandescent bulbs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ worked as expected; get hot to the touch *by on Reviewed in the United States July 28, 2025* These lightbulbs were just right. These are standard candelabra bulbs with an E12 size base. This is not the typical E26 size in most lights but the smaller size used in candelabras; the base is the same size as those for a nightlight but the actual bulb is larger than a nightlight bulb. They fit my ceiling fan and were just as fast to install as other bulbs. I like the frosted glass; it’s way better than seeing a bare bulb. They look just as bright as other bulbs I have purchased. The price is a little high but that’s probably because they are frosted and dimmable. If you don’t need dimmable, there are less expensive options.
