Part never worked
Didn’t work. Overflow kicked in started drawing the hot tub. Had a $159 service call to let me know that it was this part that failed!

Disappointed, doesn't work as expected
I thought this would work better but the system doesn't even recognize it after a couple of days. used it at work and it was disappointing to see the error pop up continuously. the build felt okay though. i won’t be buying this again.

Some parts work, others don’t 😕
These cartridges looked promising but failed during my home use. The leaking made a mess and the seal felt flimsy, not what I expected. Tried to keep my pool balanced, but chlorine levels dropped immediately. Disappointing for sure. 😕
