Well-designed for seniors or those needing medication support
(4.5 stars ⭐️, if I could give 1/2 stars ⭐️ this would be a 4.5.) I didn’t initially realize this dispenser is designed with seniors in mind, but after using it for some time, I see why. It’s a very secure and feature-rich pill dispenser, with helpful sound and light alerts, a locking mechanism, and customizable dosage templates. For someone without memory issues, it can feel a bit cumbersome and more involved than necessary, but for a senior, disabled individual, or anyone who needs structured medication management, it makes a lot of sense. The build feels sturdy, the frosted lid offers privacy, and alerts are clear and effective (although could be louder). Overall: a solid, thoughtfully designed option for the audience it’s intended for — especially for those who need extra support staying on schedule.

Be careful. Worked, but then melted.
Product worked fine for a few months, but the batteries shorted and caused the inside to melt. Fire hazard. Be very careful.

Very large and full of features
If you are looking for a pill dispenser that, with a little time and patience, can be totally customized for very secure and efficient medication management for someone who has difficulties doing that for themself, this is the unit for you! It is also very large, like the size of a dinner plate, so it is not going to be easy to lose. The individual pill holders are large and can accommodate multiple large pills in each. The app allows you to set it all up. I found the setup a bit overwhelming, not being terribly tech-savvy, but with some help, we got it working.

Best pill dispenser
I found this pill dispenser and decided to give it a try. I was impressed. I have traveled with this. I just easily lock the lid so it doesn't open. Love the fact it has several alarms u can set. I will say the batteries normally last me about 28 days. Wish it would last longer. It is a great value. I also find it easy to use. It is a good size and I guess it has to be in case you take several pills. It is good for people who forget to take their pills daily. I would purchase again. I know it says senyerkare but I feel that it would be great for anyone that takes meds daily.

Overkill for most people. Not very portable.
When I chose to review this item, I thought I was getting something much smaller. This thing is a massive frisbee-like disc except way bulkier than a frisbee and not as good at flying through the air. I spent several hours with my mother-in-law trying to figure out how to use it, and even she couldn't make sense of it for a while. The locking mechanism confused the hell out of us. The manual that was included was its own kind of confusion on top of that. It ended up going in our future donations bin for now, but if we need it for something later, it might be useful for some specific use cases. The timing of the pills was its best feature. If you need help keeping track of whether or not and when you take pills, this thing works for about a 2-4 week cycle, though it really depends on how much and how often. I really like the scheduling potential with this thing. Unfortunately, it really doesn't do much for simplicity. If you want to be able to take your meds with you places, this won't help. If you want your meds to be easy to grab-n-go, this won't help. If you want your meds in multiple easy to access locations in your house for different times of day... well, this might help, but you'll need more than one. If you drop a pill, this will not make it easy to restock. However, if you can't be trusted with your own pill schedule, this may be a necessary evil. There are competing products for less than half the cost ($90 at time of review), so shop around if you need something like this. Some of the alternatives look nicer at first glance, too.

nice device but a little complicated
I passed this pill dispenser on to my father so he could test it out, and right away I thought it was a really cool device with lots of promise. The idea behind it is solid; a smart, 28-day Bluetooth-enabled dispenser that can keep track of medications, set alarms, and give you peace of mind. That said, the set‐up wasn’t entirely smooth for him. He struggled a bit to configure everything and link the app and device, so it's not completely “plug-and-play” for everyone. But I’m confident that once I sit down with him and walk through the setup, we’ll unlock its full potential. If my father ultimately decides he doesn’t want to keep it, I may end up using it myself in the future; as my pill needs grow over the years, this device would make an excellent backup or primary organizer.
