What a disappointment
I was hoping to have this item for a business trip next week but when trying to pair this item, it says it is registered to someone else’s Apple account. You’d think “wiping” is the first step during the “refurbishment” process….. I guess not; and the last step would be checking if it pairs…. wrong again. Very disappointed. I will be getting one direct from Apple. I tried to contact the store direct but the Amazon’s support AI won’t let you enter the real problem.

First or Second Generation?
I bought it to replace a missing second generation ear pod but when it connects to the iPhone, I get a message saying it won’t pair with the other ear pod because it’s first generation.

not correct description
this was not a 2nd generation AirPods Pro it was a 1st generation was extremely disappointing and a pain as I was leaving town to go on a trip and needed it.
