Easily assembled and easy to run and have fun with.
Very easy set up, instructions are well laid out. It's my first attempt at this, and I discovered right away I should have gotten the 6" model rathr than 4" - as 4" means the working surface is a mere 2" - 4" being the diameter of the sanding disk. Still...am having great fun with it and starting with smaller stones is working well for a beginner like me.

Great for hobbyists
Love this for grinding, cabochons flat. Works really well, and the price point is perfect for a hobbies.

You get what you pay for
Decent price compared to other options for wet grinders of similar size, but this unit is hugely underpowered. The wheel would stall under light pressure and an intense burning smell would come from the motor consistently during use - even after a break-in period. I am returning the unit, as it did not perform as advertised.
