These Jalepeno bits are perfect and bring some heat. I added to some Green Chili that wasn’t quite hot enough for me and they brought the spice the green chili needed.

Used these in deer salami 4oz for 25 lbs of meat gave it a great spice. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely buy again.

Enter bulk crushed jalapeños! I go through a ridiculous amount of spicy seasoning, and buying those tiny grocery store containers just doesn't make financial sense. These are exactly what I was looking for: great flavor, plenty of heat, and a much better value. It's another small victory in my never-ending quest to optimize my lunch budget. Because apparently, saving money on lunch is now one of my hobbies. 🤣 Great product, great value, and I'll absolutely be buying more!

This is a very good addition to my summer sausage. Brings the flavor way up. Not smoking hot, to me it's just right .

Not fresh, but very good. I live in Vietnam where jalapeños are hard to find. These freeze dried peppers are not as hot as fresh or even canned, but they add some heat and good flavor to Mexican food.

I picked up these Dried Hot Jalapeno Pepper Flakes to add a kick to my daily cooking, and they definitely deliver on flavor and heat. Pros: Excellent, authentic jalapeno taste with a generous amount of seeds that give a solid, lingering heat. Perfect for seasoning pizzas, chili, or homemade salsa. Cons: I wish the product came in a resealable bag. Since it comes in a 1 lb bulk quantity, you'll need to transfer the flakes into your own airtight container or mason jar to keep them fresh. Overall, it's a great value for the quality and spice level, but improved packaging would make it much more convenient.

WOW , This stuff packs a PUNCH ! If you've ever used crushed red pepper flakes in your cooking you know how they can bring the heat. Well ,I gotta tell you these burn the house down. When I received the package , I opened it , got a wide funnel and started filling previous used bottles ie. dried parsley , minced onion etc. Wear a mask. There is some dust, got in my nose while filling the jars , and couldn't stop sneezing for what seemed like forever. That being said , this will last a lifetime. Made some home made refried beans and enchilada sauce , added maybe a teaspoon of the jalapeno flakes to each ................... almost overkill. It really brings the heat. Advice , add a little at a time. Oh one last thing................... even with the bag unopened , smelled like pot! LOL

I made some beef snack sticks with these and cheddar cubes. I was pleasantly surprised at how "jalapeno-y" these flakes tasted once they rehydrated in the beef sticks. Really nice taste!
