The closure is way more adjustable than the regular bands, which helps get a more accurate heart rate reading during runs. Pros: Comfort: The nylon is soft, lightweight, and doesn't get "sweaty" like silicone. Fit: Standard 22mm pins snap in securely with no wiggle. Compatible with any 22mm watch Value: Getting three distinct colors for this price is a steal compared to the brand-name versions. Cons: -They stay wet for a bit after a shower or swim, but they air-dry quickly enough. -one of the pull tips on the pin fell off so it makes it a little more difficult to install, but not a big deal. Fits my small wrist great. - My picture tries to show how the end of the Velcro piece goes right up to my watch body. I thought it might stick out too much and catch on my clothes or other random objects, but it doesn’t at all. My wrist measures 5.5” and this is very slightly more snug (and comfortable) than I could get my previous band, which was one of those stretchy ones that is just a loop with an adjustment slider on it. My slider would loosen gradually over time and then my watch would be flippy and end up on the underside of my wrist. These have a standard 22mm connection, and it was very easy to attach to my watch once I stretched it out. Note that I do NOT have a Coros watch, just a 22mm-band-using one, and it’s a perfect fit. I’m happy. And I have three different colors!
