Is this all one piece when you apply?

No...as your face has different contours, You have to apply each bit one at a time. It's a bit time consuming , but it means you can mix and match to get the look you want.

How do you remove this?

Any oil will remove it gently- I used coconut oil. Just apply, let sit for 2-3 min, massage to break break down tattoo, and wipe off with damp cloth.

Can you use over white face paint

I don’t think so but I did not try using face paint over it
