it works great for the most part! the sensors sometimes are wonky and go off randomly all I have to do is restart it tho, it's honestly worth the price, the noise is pretty quiet though sometimes I can hear it at night, I've notice a great improvement in smell too, I have 3 cats and one of the auto boxes I plan to get another one soon but it keeps it super clean still!, the quality is great too! easy to assemble!, I'd recommend getting better quality bags though since the bags provided tend to rip and break easily

I put this together and one of my cats went and used this. It did not detect my cat or her bathroom use. I unplugged, I moved the litter box, unplugged, restore to the manufacturer and I reached out to the company and no luck. This is a waste!!!!!

I just received the litter box. It’s bigger than expected which I’m fine with. I had to purchase a WiFi extender because it’s in a part of my home that has a weak signal. After my cat stared and it all day she finally used it. I’m happy so far.

If you purchase this item you should also purchase extra liners (litter sits on). The urine soaks into them making your entire house smell awful. I have cleaned mine several times and even spent more money on extra liners and bags (you have to change out every couple of days) and different litter, Nothing helps. Wish I had a number to call to chat with customer service. All the issues started right after the 30 day return date of course🫤

ours did not come with a step, it would have been nice if it did. But overall it is pretty awesome!

This litter box does NOT hide the smell. I got this one thinking I could at least go a couple of days but have to change it more often. Also, poop gets stuck on the grate. Other than that, it works fine.

Had trouble connecting this to wifi, it connected once and that was it. Otherwise, this item came on time- the box was all damaged when it did come.
