DAO Supplement Works Great
This supplement works! I have had gastro issues for years with no answers. Found someone mention DAO enzyme and possible Histamine Intolerance on a Reddit post and had nothing to lose, so I researched and found this brand. On a night I realized I'd eaten a lot of histamines I tried this product and the gastro cramps and bloating stopped like within 30 minutes. I've started taking this daily (with doctor and nutritionist agreement), and will even take an extra dose if I've overfilled my Histamine tolerance bucket for the day.

Works great!
I've been skin has been itchy most of my adult life and have sout out every cause and remedy. It didn't occur to me until recently I could be digestive related. Well hallelujah I'm not itching any more. I take 1 with each meal and 1 before I go to bed and voilà no more itching.

My face doesn’t get red after workouts
This has changed my life. I used to have to plan workouts around my schedule because my face got so red and stayed red for hours after. I was embarrassed to do any group fitness because of it. I take this every day and my face doesn’t turn bright red anymore! I even ran a half marathon and my friends said I didn’t even look like I ran 13 miles! If you think you are histamine sensitive this is worth a shot for sure.
