Instead of being full and somewhat rounded, they were mostly flat, which was unexpected. The packaging doesn't seem to provide adequate protection. I'm not sure if it's moisture or just the rough process that shipping can be, but the packaging needs some sort of revision to prevent the capsules from clumping together.
