I took a BBQ lighter to the lining, and it is indeed fireproof. The exterior does turn gooey, but very slowly. This bag is likely one-time-use if you have a battery go up, but that's to be expected. The design has flaps on the sides which fold in to seal the bag up as much as possible, and it should do a good job of keeping the fire contained. Due to how violent lithium battery fires can be, it's still very possible flames may shoot out, so I'd still keep it away from other flammable materials. Size is big enough to fit a few batteries inside, although the specifications seem a little generous. I measured mine at 6.75"x2.75"x2.5" Build quality is pretty good, definitely workable. Materials feel durable, a little stiff but like they should last a while. Overall, I'd definitely recommend as an additional layer of protection when storing/charging lithium ion batteries. The design seals the bag up decently. I would definitely still keep your batteries away from flammable materials, but anything helps.
