I use it on damp hair after getting out the shower and then use my heat protector and dry... my hair is lovely and smooth. It seems to have helped it grown and stay healthy. I’ve definitely had it cut less and when I go they always comment that it’s in really good condition.Obviously it can’t work miracles! If you’re using it on already rubbish hair with split ends it doesn’t fix that. Get a trim, nice fresh ends, and then try using it.
