Gave Up!!
This is my second "budget" fitness watch and although there are issues, I am not ready to slam it just yet. I bought it to 1. take blood pressure: it does that; 2. monitor heart rate: it does that; 3. tell time: ditto; the rest of the bells and whistles are not that important to me. My first watch broke at the charging end of the watch and this watch engineered that issue away. The fitness tracking (steps, distance, calories, kcal.. SPO2) all seem to work. The app and watch and how to get info are still a "trial and error" game because of a lack of proper instructions. I'm slowly making progress with them and have high hopes for updates to the app that will clear up all issues. Right now, I will give a rating of 3 and continue to hope for better days. ****Gave up trying to get the sleep functions working as well as no apparent support. Downgrading to 1 star. Really wanted it to work for me.

Scam, totally!
I ordered this watch because there were 299 five-star reviews when I saw this item. All reviews were disappeared the next day when I looked this item again. The watch did not even track the steps correctly. The battery lasted only a few hours. The prices were listed as $33.99 and $31.98 for the same three color belts. But the price was changed to $31.98 after I posted a question about the prices. There were 119 customer reviews when I checked on this item again during the lunch today. 118 of the custom reviews were in five stars and posted today. But these 118 five-star reviews disappeared at the evening time.

Terrible!
Bought this thinking it would be good, but it was not! Only good thing about it was that it only needed to be charged about once a week. Could not get the time to show up, either by hand movements, shaking it, or touching it; did not pair up with my phone for caller ID or messages, and only showed 24 hour time with no option to 12 hour time. Tried to over a month changing settings, thinking it was a setting, but no, and by the time I gave up it was too late to return it- I ended up giving it away wishing them luck.

This item is not accurate in it comes to tracking steps, heart rate and blood pressure. I'm returning this product.

Watch wouldn’t charge, finally when it charged on and off (it wouldn’t connect unless I held it in place), the app does NOT allow you to connect to Instagram or FB or Twitter to get notifications, ALL OF THE READINGS ARE TOTALLY INACCURATE!!!... Was rushed to the hospital the night I got it and decided to test it... At the hospital, it was telling me HR was 76 and BP 116/66 but the hospital machine had me at HR of 219 and BP of 221/114 (normal during my spectacular panic attacks that cause me to pass out and everything, so I know the hospital was totally accurate)... I walked the 11 feet to the bathroom and it said I walked 78 feet... The knob does NOT hold the watch on, or in the right place, cause if you bend your wrist to far, it pops open... I had to contact Amazon for a refund while in the ER cause every time I hit for a refund, it kept saying something went wrong, and this is after I sent them an email on December 26th, right before buying the tracker, and asked questions... They never replied... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!... And they have these reviews hidden so you can’t see them on the regular page... You have to search for the reviews... Just like how the one review said all good reviews disappeared, there were no negative reviews, 22 positive reviews, I ordered, all the reviews disappeared, and when I searched, I found the 5 hidden negative ones... Now they have 6 negative reviews!!!...
