FirefieldImpulse 1x22 Compact Sight

I bought my Firefield red dot ‘Used’ for $35.00.Great buy, works just like the $200.00 versions.I can’t speak to its longevity, but it’s well constructed from aluminum and the mount is solid. Sharp image optic and the battery is a AAA!!!Easy to replace and cheap!!!!

Overall this little optic is worth the money. It has held zero for me on a VR80 semi-automatic 12 gauge so it's pretty tough. The body, the glass, the turrets, everything is as you would expect for this price point. It looks and works great; just don't expect something that you know it isn't. My only complaint is the socket head cap screw in the mount. Using a Vortex torque wrench I never even made it to 20 inch pounds and the fastener broke off. I could not remove the optic from my shotgun. I loaded up 9 rounds of high brass and let them rip. By the 6th round it had loosened up the optic and it fell off. The instructions say that you can tighten it up to 50 inch pounds but as stated mine never made it to 20. I exchanged the optic through Amazon for a second one. I then called Firefield customer service and was told to start at 20 and see if it 1) stays put on my rail; and 2) does not break again. I told them up front that I had exchanged the optic for a new one but they still shipped me an additional mount. This time the fastener made it to 25 inch pounds and with a liberal amount of blue loctite she is still holding fast. I am happy with this little dot sight. It really is tough and looks good. I recommend it.

Received it fast though prime, Put it on a Ruger PC Carbine 9mm. Took 5 shots to zero at 25 yards. It held 1/2 inch groups at 25 yards with federal ammo.Well built, red and green dots are both clear and crisp. It has a high base so iron sights can still be used. Comes with lens cover, not as long of a batterie life as others ( around 200 hours depending on setting) but for the price ( $44) its a great buy. Very pleased with quality and price. I will be buying another one.

Good for the money. Thought it also had dot sight but just circle and cross hairs which is a little blurry. Addition of lazer justifies cost, would probably buy again.

Like other reviews have stated the dot and circle do get a little distorted when looking through the sight too far to the right. But given the price of this sight I don’t think that’s a deal breaker. Works perfect and holds zero with my AR.

put it on an ar pistol and it won't stay sighted in. Ran 150 rounds trying to zero it and it would change every 10 rounds or so. the base is not loose either. it is the circle dot inside that moves.

Works great, no problems so far. Great purchase at a great price.

I bought two for rimfire rifles. Mounted one on a picatinny rail. Tried dialing it in and it won’t zero. Elevation is cranked and is still 5” low. Selling the the other , need something that works properly.

This red dot (and green dot) sight works great. Easy to install, bright and accurate. The eye relief required is good, making it easy to aim and shoot. I recommend. Zero complaints.

Bought this on sale because it had covers for the lenses where others don't. Was disappointed when I took it to the range and discovered the green profile targets didn't work. They would come on, but shut off as soon as I released the control. Switched over to the red profile and it works fine. Only red works.

Garbage, could not zero for the life of me. Had three Campion IPSC shooters helping still noGreen light not visible. And red glares off side
