Bad experience- time n again
Pathetic quality control by the seller - this is third time in last 6 months that I have ordered 10kg and recieved 5kg- to resolve the issue I had to go through the Amazon customer care(which in this case functions as third party vendor), the process then takes 10-15 days with no worthwhile resolutionThough the product is good but it loses its charm because of the hassle involved
